The main bus stop is located approx 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Simply walk up the hill past the Harbour Club and Tipsy Terrace, you will see the large bus stop on the right.
Buses run to Los Cristianos, Las Americas and all stops in between.
You can easily walk to Puerto Santiago from Los Gigantes. Either take the short cut before Tipsy Terrace or walk past the bus stop and keep right (don't go up heart attack hill) then follow the coastline past the natural seawater pools.
If you plan to use buses regularly, a cheaper and more convenient option is to purchase a ten+ card. One card can cover multiple passengers.
Cards are available at the Lyca mobile kiosk in the airport (2 euro) and you can top up at various locations (bus stations, shops and supermarkets).
How to use a ten+ card. Hand the card to the driver and tell them how many people are travelling. Remember to swipe off when you leave or you will be charged for the duration of the buses journey.
